THE ROLE OF AN IMPLEMENTER VS AN INTEGRATOR

OR FRACTIONAL INTEGRATOR

Understanding the Difference Between an EOS® Implementer and an Integrator

In the EOS® framework, both Implementers and Integrators play vital roles, but their functions are distinct:

Implementer: An EOS® Implementer is a trained expert who introduces and facilitates the EOS® process within your organisation. They coach leadership teams through implementing the EOS® tools, helping to instill discipline, accountability, and a clear vision across the company. Implementers guide businesses in getting the most out of EOS®, ensuring the system is adopted effectively and sustainably.

Integrator: An Integrator is the person responsible for turning the Visionary’s big ideas into reality by managing the day-to-day operations of the business. They align and harmonise the efforts of all departments, ensuring that the company’s goals are met efficiently. Integrators are the ones who keep the trains running on time, solving problems as they arise, and driving the organisation towards its long-term vision.

While both roles are essential, the Implementer provides the framework and guidance, and the Integrator ensures everything runs smoothly within that framework.
